Our Practice Areas focus primarily on Commercial Lender Representation, handling commercial lending transactions secured by real property. In addition to our experience closing conventional loans, our commercial lending expertise includes representing SBA lenders in closing 7(a) and 504 SBA government guaranteed loans, as well as HUD insured multi‐family loans.

In addition to our commercial lending practice, we also represent owners, landlords, tenants, and local purchasers and sellers in all aspects of commercial real estate. We also provide residential closing services and representation of residential lenders.

We serve as a title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company. We also offer local title services for out of state law firms seeking assistance with commercial transactions involving real property in Georgia.

We also represent commercial lenders extending financing for business acquisitions or stock purchase transactions. We also facilitate asset purchase transactions, stock purchases and membership/partner buyouts for buyers and/or sellers.
